Meet "The Duramax!" This is David's 2nd love--and its only 2nd because it came after me!! ;) 5 years ago, David had a pretty truck--he sold it because he NEVER drove it, and we had medical bills from Aiden's surgery. He said goodbye to the old duramax and always had a dream of getting a new one! Little did he know that he would actually get a NEW one!! This baby had a total of 16 miles on it when he drove it off the lot!
It took some prodding from me for David to actually spend the money on it, but I figured that he needed to have something to show for all of his hard work!!
The "Duramax" came directly home from North Dakota and to the car wash! Talk about a nervous-nelly when we went through the auto-wash! David was more nervous about that, then we was when Aiden was born!!
This was the PERFECT truck when we bought it!! David swore that it was EXACTLY what he wanted right off the lot! It wouldn't need ANYTHING else!! --- Silly me to actually believe that! In the 10 days that we were home after we bought it--it spent 3 of them in the shop getting more "accessories!" And David wonders why I need "accessories!" :)
