Weekend Getaway!

This weekend, David's Mom and Dad invited us to go to the condo in Island Park for a few days with them. We jumped at the chance to get away for a few days, and Aiden was most excited because he knew we got to go swimming!!
It was Miss Adylins first time swimming, so we were all pretty excited to see how she would like it! She loves bath time, so I assumed that she would like it!! We got her all dressed up in her "swimmer" as Aiden calls it....this particular "swimmer" was my nieces at one time.....it is a 12 month, but fits my little chubber almost perfect!
Ady really did like the pool! She was happy and content the entire time, and was a little grouchy when I got her out!! She was enjoying herself, and was a little irriated with me for taking her out of the water and back into clothes!
Aiden LOVES swimming.....most of the condos have a "kiddy" pool and Aiden thinks he is pretty cool in those! They are only about 1 foot deep, and so he can hang out all by himself! Every once in a while he wanders to the big pool! Daddy and Grandpa kept him busy learning to swim....

After swimming, we went back to the room and played Mario! We found Davids old Super Nintendo a few weeks ago in the closet, and ordered some Mario games off of e-bay, and Aiden LOVES it!! He is actually quite good, and it is fun to watch him play! I loves Mario as a kid, and I must admit..I think it was easier as a kid!

Aiden can talk Grandma into doing just about anything, and so the two of them played Mario until almost 11:00 that night!! (I think Grandma liked it as much, if not more than Aiden!)

The next morning, the boys went out on the snowmachines.....Aiden has decided that "sleds" that move by themselves are pretty cool! David is convinced that next year, Aiden will be riding his own! Ha!! We shall see.....this Mamma is pretty protective!
