October snow!

Ick! That is all I have to say about the snow! I don't love the snow and I never have. I enjoy its presence on Christmas, just as a mood setter, but I don't appreciate the slick roads and cold-ness of it other wise! So, needless to say, I was LESS than excited when it started to snow earlier last week!!

Aiden, however, was THRILLED! He couldn't waitto get outside and build a snowman! He begged and begged for me to let him go play in the snow, so reluctantly I pulled out the bin of winter clothes and out he went!

The boy and the dog were both very excited about this wintery day.....they both would have played in it for hours!

I watched, very contently from the warm coziness of my kitchen! :) After about 3o mins, the wind started to pick up and it started to rain....that made it not so fun to play in the snow!

I was all prepared with large cups of hot chocolate! Mmmmmm! Nothing like hot cocoa on a cold, icky day!

Here's to winter I suppose!
