We LOVE summer!

Summer time is our favorite time of year! The only down side, is that David works ALOT during the summer, so time with him is sparce! So, we take advantage of all the time we get with him! This last week, we kid-napped dad and took him for a day out! We started off with breakfast, and then wen to the zoo.

Aiden LOVES the zoo! He loves all animals, and loved that he was a big boy now, and could walk around as he pleased!

The goats were Aidens favorite! He had to show David exactly how to pet them!

We made SEVERAL trips by the tiger! We would get half way out of the zoo, and Aiden would ask if we could go say bye to the Tiger again....we must have done this atleast 3 times! When we left the last time, he said. "Bye, bye Tiger, be back soon!"

The lion drinking fountain was just as intriguing! Aiden kept saying, "Drink from Lions mouf!"

It has been pretty hot the last few days, so we decided to break out the swimming pool! Aiden asks EVERY day if he can get his swimmer on go swimming!

There is only so much swimming you can do in a wading pool, so we decided to take a day and go to Ross park! We LOVE Ross park!! It is the perfect place to go. The kid pool has a slide and little things for younger kids to do, and they have big slides and a lazy river!

Aiden was such a big boy! He insisted on going all by himself! It made me a little sad that he was so independent!

He loved the slide, and kept going and going! There were bigger kids that tried to keep him off the slide, but he just pushed his way through them! Ya can't keep my baby down!

There was a life guard at the bottom of the slide, and every time Aiden came down, he would go give her a high 5! My little guy is quite the charmer!

I love my little boy! I especially love his cute smile! I like it when he is happy, and there wasn't a happier boy then Aiden at that water park!

A water park just isn't as much fun without good friends! Sonya, Kristi and Kaisha all tagged along with us! It was so much fun! We are ready to go again! ....as soon as my sun burn turns tan! ;)
Thanks ladies for a SUPER fun afternoon!
