"Twains" and a little male bonding.....

Aiden LOVES trains...Thomas and his friends from the Island of Sodor.....he LOVES the TV show, the movie, and the toys! It seems the Daddy has a love for trains as well...or he is just a big push over when Aiden asks to walk down the "Thomas isle" at the store. Usually, Aiden leaves the store with another piece to his train set. Tonight Aiden and David spent some male bonding time, and put all the tracks together.

Aiden wathced and waited patiently while David adjusted the perfect track set-up.

As I mentioned, Aiden has aquired quite a few trains for his collection so far. He knows all of their names, and what color they are.

After we had the track all set up, Aiden insisted that we take a "pitoe" of all of his "twains." From left to right they are...."Emmy" (Emily), "James", "Pewsey"(Percy), "Thomas", "Awfa" (Arthur, who for the first few hours he had him his name was "Itch"), and last is "Wosie" (Rosie).
I am sure that we will be adding frequently to Aidens little collection....they have become GREAT bribing tools, and potty training is beginning to look like it will need some bribery!!

Austin really loved trains too. There is something about little boys and their trains.

What a cutie pie! How fun that David helped him get that all set up. I'm sure Aiden was in heaven. :) Oh yeah I love your quote on your blog about little boys being a day older. That is so so true! I can't believe how fast the time goes.
