Last saturday was my moms birthday, and my step-dad planned a suprise party for her! It was pretty cute, he called me about 2 weeks ahead and went over all the plans! We all snuck into their house while they were at church, and did the classic "SUPRISE" yell when they walked in the door!
Doug did all the preperations, and even got this cake! I was pretty impressed with his party planning skills....
It was such a nice day, that we decided to have a barbeque and sit out in the sun. They kids loved playing together....and Aidens shirt will NEVER be the same! By the time we were done, he was covered in dirt, sand, popcicles, icecream, and cake frosting!
We got most of the grandkids together for a picture! My mom is only 55....she married into a few grandkids......
A party at Grandma and Grandpas wouldn't be a party with out bubbles!!
Aiden got this little bubble blower from the easter bunny, and Grandpa was very greatful!! He is usually the one that ends up blowing the bubbles!
