Happy 4th!

The 4th of July is my very favorite summer holiday! The parade is my most favorite festivity of the day! It has always been my favorite since I was a little girl, but this year was different. I had the best time wathcing Aiden see all the new things! He really had fun at the parade. (After a little cat-nap!)

This is Aiden with my niece, Cambree. She is the best baby-sitter! She always wants to hold "Baby Aiden," and she loves to "mother" him! Cambree has always been my little buddy! I love her like she was mine. Of all the nieces and nephews, I am probably the closest with her, so it is fun to see her be so helpful with my little boy!

We were watching the parade and I looked down and Aiden was snoozing! He didn't stay asleep for very long, he just needed a little "cat nap!"

After his nap, we enjoyed the rest of the parade! Aiden loved the music, he would dance in his seat when ever he heard music, and he would coo and laugh and the people on the floats!

After the parade, we enjoyed a few good BBQ's, and then settled down in our own back yard to enjoy the fireworks show! They were a little smaller from here, but it was so nice to not have to fight the traffic in town!

The 4th of July is also my Dads birthday, so Happy Birthday Dad!
