We spent Halloween in Parshall. I made our traditional "holiday breakfast!" This year, it was jack-o-lantern pancakes.
Later in the afternoon, Aiden and his good friend Henry carved pumpkins....well, Tamara--Henrys Mom--and I carved pumpkins....the boys lost interest after about 10 minutes...but they were more than willing to take credit in the picutre!!
This year, Aiden was Mario! He chose Mario and there was NO talking him out of it!! He made a pretty cute one, I think!!
Miss Adylin was a skunk! Aiden was a skumk his first Halloween and I loved the cosutume so much, I couldn't not have her wear it!! So...we added a little girl flair! :)
Trick-or-treating in Parshall did not dissapoint! The neighborhood that we live in is a "retirement-weekender" type community, and so there aren't alot of people who stay through the winter. There were only 4, but the boys cleaned up!! The older people were so excited to have kids to trick-or-treat, that they went all out!! They each got a whole bucket full of candy/toys and even money!! Not a bad haul!!
Adylin turned 1 on the 2nd of November! Of course she had a special breakfast pancake, and we had a little party with our North Dakota friends!
I can't believe how fast the last year has gone!! She is such a fun, sassy little girl!
The kiddos got a little sledding in before we headed home to Idaho for a DOUBLE birthday party!!Thats right....this guy turned 5 on the 10th of November!!! We had a very quick, impromptu birthday party for both the birthday kids at Leos with our Idaho family and friends!
The kids got matching Disney shirts because.....the next morning--WE WERE GOING TO DISNEY!!! Aiden wanted to meet Lightening McQueen for his birthday---this year, we were able to give him that!! :)
