Aiden has had a very extensive vocabulary for the last few months. He babbles whole nonscence conversations stopping every once in a while to get in an "understandable" word. The other day he learned...well sort-of learned how to say our cats name. Mayce. But, instead of it coming out "M-A-Y-C-E" it comes out "A-S-S." I have tried every thing to make him say it correctly, but for some reason, he really can't say Mayce.
So, if ever you visit our house and my son begins chasing the cat around and calling him a bad word....its not that we have taught him that habit, he just can't pronounce it correctly!

HA! When Austin was learning to talk he couldn't say TRUCK right. He kept saying another very very back word that I won't even write. I'm sure you can figure it out. :)
I -SO- can't wait to hear it!!
Believe me I know the feeling! :) When Hazen wants me to sing ring around the rosies he say's "mommy, asses asses." All the while I know he's trying to say "Ashes, Ashes." I was so worried about it that I made sure 2 tell the nursery leaders that when he said that he meant the other, & he wanted 2 sing the song! . . .
sure.....I think he is copying his daddy's language!he,he. j/k! It is funny. Carson says some things that sound really bad at times. Especially some words that start with the letter F. We do have to really watch what we say, because they copy a lot of words. Good thing we don't have too dirty of mouths!
