Sunshine to snow?

The weather in Idaho never ceases to amaze me! Saturday we were enjoying the sunshine in short sleeves, and today....SNOW!! The only person in my house that is excited for snow is Aiden! As soon as he saw that it was snowing, he started asking to build a snowman.

I kept telling him that when he couldn't see the grass anymore, then we could go out and build a snowman! Well, this morning Aiden squealed with excitement when he couldn't see the grass!! I had to hold him hostage in the house until it got warm enough to go outside!

Our first, and I am sure it isn't our last attempt at a snowman! The snow wouldn't roll, so we just had to pack it into a shape!

With olives for eyes and a mouth, and a carrot for a nose....there are no guarantees that you will keep your face around here!! Gunner was more than willing to clean up!

After we played in the snow for a while, we went inside and had "hot chocolate milk!"

Oh man, I'm not ready for snow. My kids are super excited for snow because to them snow means Christmas. :)
